We understand that each property is unique and we treat each of our accounts this way. Our security managers are your point of contact with GPS to tailor a security plan for each property you manage. Our managers will address any concerns that may arise and ensure that the clients needs are met. Examples are dealing with solicitors inside gated communities, parking issues at HOAs, or dealing with unauthorized trespassers in the pool area after hours. Our patrol managers attend your monthly HOA meetings to ensure clear lines of communication. We believe in maintaining the highest professional standards. Having a disciplined force of trained and experienced professionals alleviates many of the common problems associated with the security business. GPS personnel have been performing Safety & Security Assessments throughout the United States since 2003, customizing security plans for clients.
One of the biggest complaints we hear from new customers is that the previous security company “never showed up” at their property. At Global Protective Services we utilize a system that monitors the security officers’ activity. The Security officer places a reader over a Radio Frequency Identification Tag (RFID) that has been placed at a location chosen with input from the client. Do you want our security patrol officers to check the back door of your property? No problem, we can place an RFID there and the officer will scan it each time he passes the point.
