  • Rape
  • Robbery
  • Assault and Battery
  • Wrongful Death

In order to evaluate safety conditions (liability) of a subject site, our experts will prepare the following:

  • A review of current Site Safety Conditions
  • Conduct a physical Site Safety Assessment
  • Provide recommendations for improved Site Safety Conditions
  • Prepare a Critical Needs Assessment

The Site Safety Assessment includes a review of incidents which have occurred at the site; calls for service to the site from the local law enforcement jurisdiction; an independent analysis of significant and/or repeated events/crime trends; a detailed liability assessment and interviews with local law enforcement, management staff and tenants. A detailed written report is subsequently completed and submitted to the client.

safety-business-pic3The recommendations made by GPS are based on visual observations of the readily visible components of the site, interviews with property management, research and analysis of available information (crime statistics, sexual predators, accidents, etc.) and interviews with the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

A Critical Needs Assessment subsequently identifies and categorizes those Conditions/Recommendations made by GPS consultants to be in immediate¬Ě need of improvement or to be considered¬Ě for long term improvement.
