BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (14 hours)

Global Protective Services - Exposed Firearms TrainingTo familiarize and instruct the individual on the applicable laws, regulations, other requirements, and the administrative process for issuing a firearms qualification card and annual renewals.

To instruct the individual on the use of force, force options, and de-escalation. To instruct the individual on the principles and operation of weapons, including firearms nomenclature, care and maintenance, and ballistics. To instruct individual in the safe and accurate use of a firearm until such time as the individual demonstrates to the instructor that he or she can safely draw and fire the weapon and has a high likelihood of passing the qualification course.
